1 About the programme
The subject of this Public Call is to support activities related to the delivery of intensive training programmes, lifelong learning courses, specialised professional development programmes, and similar educational initiatives for pupils, students, early-career researchers, and professionals in the priority areas of Montenegro's Smart Specialisation Strategy.
2 Eligible applicants
- Micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (hereinafter: MSMEs) established as legal entities in accordance with the applicable law;
- Non-governmental organisations (NGOs) registered in Montenegro;
- Public and private educational institutions registered in accordance with the General Law on Education.
