1 About the programme
The general objective of this Public Call is to contribute to the continuous development of a sustainable innovation and entrepreneurial culture in Montenegro, enhance the country's competitiveness, and support the transition towards a knowledge- and innovation-based economy.
2 Eligible applicants
Eligible applicants under this Public Call include organisations/institutions registered in Montenegro, as well as micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (hereinafter: MSMEs) established as legal entities in accordance with the applicable Law on Business Organisations and the Law on Accounting, registered with the Central Register of Business Entities of Montenegro (CRPS), having their registered office in Montenegro and majority private ownership. The ownership share of a large enterprise must not exceed 10%.
Newly established companies that, according to the data available in the Central Register of Business Entities (CRPS) at the time of the application assessment, are not yet classified as MSMEs are also eligible to apply under this Public Call.

Applications must be submitted electronically through the Innovation Fund's portal at www.programifonda.me. Before starting the application process, applicants are required to register on the Innovation Fund's portal.
