1 About the programme
The subject of this Public Call is to support activities aimed at actively fostering an innovation culture in Montenegro through the organisation of events that promote innovation and innovation-driven entrepreneurship, the implementation of activities that raise awareness of the importance of innovation for sustainable development, the organisation of competitions for young innovators and innovative ideas, as well as other activities supporting innovation.
2 Eligible applicants
The following entities are eligible to apply under this Public Call:
- Micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (hereinafter: MSMEs) established as legal entities in accordance with the applicable Law on Business Organisations;
- Non-governmental organisations (NGOs) registered in Montenegro whose fields of activity and operations are aligned with the objectives of this Public Call;
- Public and private institutions operating in the field of cultural and artistic creation, as well as public and private institutions in the cultural heritage sector, registered in Montenegro in accordance with the Law on Culture and the Law on Museum Activity, respectively;
- Public and private educational institutions registered in Montenegro in accordance with the General Law on Education.
